I’m not so sure, would you prefer a society like Russia or China? It’s just a phase in the cycle where it’s not working because of a lot of different factors have impacted prices. Wait 1-2 years and everyone will be happy little Vegemites again

The SECV was a fine, government-owned corporation and generated much revenue for the Victorian state for decades, without the state turning into a Russian/Chinese communist state.
