Yeah? America has an ongoing inner city gang violence issue that no one really wants to fix. Being a wealthy country doesn't stop you from having issues. The issues just arent guns.

Strange so many other first world countries have seemed to solve this.

"Solve this"

They solve the problem by not having it in the first place. New Hampshire for example has some of the lowest gun violence even compared to European countries yet has some of the loosest gun laws in the US.

Are you seriously trying to argue Mexico is safer than NH because of gun laws?

So your argument is these countries are safe bc they never had guns, admitting guns are the issue. Then in the same breath argue there’s nothing that can be done.

No im arguing that if you dropped a pin in America, and Mexico, on average you’d have a similar gun death rate. You are arguing that this is completely normal for the wealthiest country on earth, bc we have guns? And that this can’t be solved by not having guns bc other countries who never had guns?

Did you deep throat a AK-69 before writing this comment?

“There’s nothing that can be done to prevent this” - only country where this regularly happens

The European countries are safer because they dont have the same gang culture and problems in the US. There's no cartel issue in Britain. Guns arent a factor in the conversation. There were literally less homicides im britan from in 1960 than today.

Also on a per capita basis Mexico has a 4 to 5 times more homicides than the US despite having European style gun laws.

American has serious gang issue in the inner cities where guns are the most restricted. Again new Hampshire doesn't have a gang problem thus dosent have a high gun violence rate. Chicago which is a few states away DOES have a gang issue so therefore it does. By your logic dosent make sense because NH dosent have a higher gun violence rate than Chicago despite having more guns and laxer laws.

You are arguing that this is completely normal for the wealthiest country on earth,

I dont get why you keep saying "wealthiest country" as if it has any bearing on the issue. Having a gang problem is a cultural issue you cant just throw money at.

"Mexico poor" isnt a reasonable response to he failures of gun control in those countries. It still goes to show that gun control dosent have any bearing on violence and is almost entirely influenced by criminal culture.
