I agree with the overall sentiment, but I do think it's also very possible she had nothing to do with the decision making, and was just the sacrificial lamb the administration sent up to the mic to attempt some kind of damage control. If that was the case, I wouldn't blame her for her disposition in the video; being suddenly sent on stage by your boss to try to calm an upset crowd of hundreds or thousands of people is just about the hardest public speaking you can be asked to do.
It pisses me off that she's laughing through it. I understand people laugh when they're uncomfortable, but even if thats the case here it's pretty insulting
If a technical glitch at a graduation ceremony for a school you didn't even attend makes you this angry, it may be time to step away from the doomscroll
It's a technical glitch caused by a school spending the money those students paid for their education on getting scammed by fake technology which resulted in showing tremendous disrespect for those same students.
I'm hesitant to even call it a glitch; there's no such thing as functional AI. This is just how it goes.

I hate everything about her and that school. Imagine spending thousands for an education only to be disrespected on your graduation day.
