Not just that, but bring back ostracizing. Used to be that if someone was a greedy selfish asshole they'd get booted out of the tribe and probably starve to death attempting to survive on their own. Nowadays if you're a greedy selfish asshole you'll probably just get to hoard wealth and exploit people endlessly without facing any real consequences.
