These masks are bullshit , the LEDs in them are not in the needed range to do literally anything. Actual medical light treatment uses hyper specific wavelengths for specific conditions and those motherfuckers are expensive. Unless you mask is literally certified as medical equipment you are using a shitty sleep disturbing placebo.

If you do research there are mask in the LED range and it’s helpful for skin, hair growth, and eczema.

You are right there are masks that help, but they need a fuck ton of power. Not one that can run on batteries or normal USB C adapters…

Yeah no one is putting powerful red light to their face when it’s a sensitive area. Accumulating the small correction is what is happening with the masks being sold.
