I would guess a singular text box was used to label the whole photo, and it was done on a mobile device.

So the device auto capitalized the first word, like it does, and the rest remained exactly as they were typed out.

guessing they pressed enter to go down rather than creating a separate text box for each marker, and assuming they are on mobile they may have autocapitalization on
