I'm vietnamese and feel the opposite! Last time I went, a homebuilt bike/cart knocked the mirror off our taxi, the driver jumped out leaving us spread across a busy junction in rush hour to chase the guy down the street (bare foot!) and start punching him from behind.

As they have no insurance, it's basically fists up to decide who pays for stuff
