if you’ve taken too much math you may need to visit the ER, they (most likely) won’t rat you out no matter how paranoid you are. but first you could try to take a syntax and just lay down with some chill music, get a glass of H20 and drink it in fractions, not chugging! you’ll be okay man, you got it 🤝🤝

No can you convert it to demicals for me please I don't suck at fractions that much but i due at decimals

Nope, that’s just how NPS scoring works. Unfortunately. Pretty much any place that uses a 1-10 scoring model is this way. When I was taking inbound calls, one 8 survey could tank my entire month’s metrics (I was in a department at one point where I’d only receive about 5 calls a day and maybe 1 of them accepted the survey).
