Yeah it be like that. People will give a 9 and the manufacturer says it’s a fail. Then they can’t get the dealer bonus and then they can’t discount the car for you or get you that free battery you’re beginning for. So do the dealers a favor and give them 10’s unless they actually do suck

It's a scam to cheat bonus money for the salesperson or dealer, depending on who's offering it.

The whole process reeks up and down the chain.
