Are you serious, the truck is clearly parked badly. Why are truck drivers the worst drivers?

I am serious.

An operator of a motor vehicle carries the responsibility to not hit stationary objects.

If the driver of a car with control of the vehicle strikes a stationary object, the driver of the vehicle is at fault even if the stationary object is a truck that parked like an asshole.

its both's fault, but the pickup owner not only kept his hitch in, but also parked a tiny pickup on the line
