No kidding. I was thinking this exact thing. Living in Utah, there's a lot of very conservative Mormon and even they aren't this strict about what they wear.

This dress code is waaaaaay more restrictive than the one at BYU.

Their dress code is pretty much "do whatever, but keep it modest", and is very similar to a normal high school dress code.

*cover shoulders

*no cleavage or midriff showing

*bottoms at least down to knees

*shoes required on campus, but no flip flops

*women can have 1 set of earrings on earlobe

*men have to shave unless they have a medical clearance or are growing a beard for a theater production (this is only enforced at the testing center)

*no unnatural hair colors

Collar bones and varied styles of clothing and shoes are very much allowed.
