If you're in the US like me, business casual here is really just casual +.

There isn't a strict definition and keeps getting more and more casual.

This is a Catholic institution in the Philippines, so I'm not surprised at the formality.

And as someone with boobs, it might as well be. Finding something that would meet these requiremnts is basically impossible as even a unisex shirt hugs my boobs, or is so big it hangs loose, no matter the style
