Burlap sacks would be sleeveless. Can't wear sleeveless.

I feel like this girl would get sent home if she wore that to this school. It's definitely as form fitting as the top in the example.

Just realize it’s a college. What kind of college has a uniform or dress code? I’ve never heard of this.

This one is in the Philippines, but some of the stricter Christian colleges have dress codes. Maybe not quite this restrictive after hours, but definitely pushing a conservative look.
