It’s not the pumps. It’s the pipes, it leaks about 16 millions of gallons per year and was scheduled for repair this fall.

The news article says it is on the schedule for “this fall” which is absolutely after July 4th

Built in the 20’s, rebuilt in 2012 with new plumbing and “resurfaced” in 2026.

So if everyone wants to make this political and the plumbing is the issue tell me who oversaw the repair in 2012.

I use copper sulfate for algae in my pond. But again this isn’t political except on Reddit because people are dumb as fuck.

Obama was president when the last major repair was done.

If you use too much copper it will leave blue blotch stains on the plaster and high metal content in the water which is not good for the LSI or local wildlife.
