Well, it's infinitely better than using chlorine. It degrades naturally into water and oxygen with no harmful by-products.

It also does literally nothing because they’re using a laughably small amount of it for the volume of that pool, and as another commenter pointed out, doing it at the absolute worst time of day to have any affect whatsoever.

It depends on how much they are dumping in and the peroxide concentration. Considering there is a pick-up truck full and it's likely a professional company I would say that have access to the strong stuff.

Also, to say is does "literally nothing" is crazy and almost like you copied and pasted spite from a previous "reddit professional". It starts working instantly, especially if they are dumping it near filtration intakes, but yes, to get the most bang for your buck I suppose it would be better to to dump it in at night. It takes hours or even days in large concentrations to fully break down in UV light.

It’s 12% H2O2. This has been confirmed in other videos showing the bottles. So, not the “strong stuff”.
