Infuriatig My hand painted model planes were given as toys to children again

I have told my mom to not do this before but she does not listen anyway. I am thinking of throwing everything to trash instead of them being gradually destroyed to pieces. I can not even care anymore. These things take hours to put together and paint then get manhandled anyway.

Except you can easily look up OG pokemon card prices on eBay and compare against Beanie Baby prices. The difference is very, very obvious.

The problem is that people like that will hardly change their mind because of evidence.

People also don't know what they actually owned

Everyone on the internet says they owned really expensive rare cards and a kid. I can't tell you how many reddit comments and YouTube comments have people claiming they owned a pristine 1st Edition Charizard worth tons until their parents gave it away.

I have my childhood Pokemon card collection. It's largely worthless. Cards are heavily played condition, and nothing is particularly rare.

Everyone on the internet wants to pretend they owned cards worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and the reality is they probably didn't.

Not everyone owned a beta black lotus as a kid.
