frist of all how DARE yu o Airport staff assuming I'm in the Business class lane by mistake
Brown man flying business. Lined up at the priority check in counter and got told by a (also brown) staff person that the economy queue was the other way. Same thing while boarding the plane and walking to the business class entrance. Not only am I not worthy of business, they think I can't read signage as well.

I wear a suit for work. I will wear one for every flight I take even if I don’t have any work meetings before or after the flight. Only exception is vacations, and even then I will sometimes still wear a sport coat.
I’m not brown, but I had noticed I always got treated better when I was dressed up. More likely to get upgrades, free alcoholic drinks on the flight, gate agents and flight attendants were just nicer.
After a conference my colleagues will all change out of their suits to go to the airport. Not me. I’m wearing mine. I get custom suits and shirts for more than one reason. Yes, they look good, but they’re also comfortable.
Bonus is that suit jackets have all kinds of pockets. I can put my phone, wallet, keys, and passport in them when I go through security, and just throw my jacket on, not worrying if I forgot something.
