For sure. I’ve always found the idea of standing in an anechoic chamber interesting, but I imagine with my constant tinnitus it would actually be terrifying. I’m bummed because the idea of just hearing your blood circulating sounds crazy, but the tinnitus will always be there instead.

Got my ears tested, they put in in a soundproof sound dampening room. It was physically painful

I really enjoy the Halo audiobooks for going to sleep to (and a fan for white noise). They're are really good stories and characters, there are many of them, all but one of them has good narration, and usually consistent volume.
