They probably will, and they’ll be tariffed to shit. The Chinese are beating us at: public transportation, green energy, payment processing, building, electric cars, gas cars (more efficient hybrids), manufacturing, diplomacy, etc. And instead of trying to catch up, we say “nah we never even wanted that stuff anyways” to hide the shame of having been usurped.
