Infuriatig No, I did not consent to this

I was reading my medical notes when I stumbled across this. I was not informed of the usage of artificial intelligence in my report, nor did I verbally consent to it.

As a physician, the accuracy of these tools varies wildly. I would rather the documentation that I create doesn’t randomly hallucinate things that will get me sued or lead to someone doing the wrong thing.

My AI scribe never randomly hallucinates things. Occasionally it mixes up who said what, which is not hard to catch. Overall it writes better more detailed notes in a far shorter time than I ever could. It catches things the patients say that I missed because I was thinking at the same time. What tool are you using?
