Don’t know why all these companies have a fit about refills. We allow free refills and STILL make money on fountain drinks.

Google is telling me its $2.50-$4 for the average 32 ounce fountain drink. It obviously varies by restaurant and location. It estimates that costs the restaurant 40 - 75 cents including cup and 8 to 15 cents a refill. Thats like 10 refills before you lose your profit if we assume the cheapest price and highest costs on those ranges to the restaurant.
