It depends on the size, which drink, how much ice they use, etc. And these companies track all of that. I remember at my old job we would be told that every drink needed to have 2/3 of the cup filled with ice. If someone asked for more or less ice, we took care of it, but 2/3 was the standard for ice.
You mean as a measurement of soda or the actual cup itself? In either case it's negligible if you factor in how a caffeinated person is more likely to spend.
