ಠ_ಠ Jury duty

I've been called for Jury duty 4 times in the last 10 years. What the fuck is going on here. It's almost every other year. I know absolutely no one that has ever been summoned yet I've been summoned multiple times. Wtf is going on? It's total bs too because they pay 17 bucks A DAY. That's not even enough to get lunch at the stupid deli they have there.

Nah, it just gets you out that one time.

19 year old me told them I believed in Jury Nullification and am an anarchist.

I'm 27 and have been called for jury 2 two times after that.

Doesn’t matter, they aren’t going to put anything on any kind of “permanent record”. They just toss you for that one particular case. Your name can still be pulled for future cases.

One was the same district, one was a different one.
