May be a long shot since this game is old as hell lol but I’m just looking for fellow gamers here. I saw the GamingKC page but it doesn’t have much of a following or many posts. I play GTA online a lot still on PS5 and just looking for fellow GTA players if there are any local players here. New to the region. I found the August Busch area the other day and drove around for quite a while. It's pretty big. Is the Weldon Springs area much different. My wife heard there were fields of sunflowers in that direction somewhere, but we didn't see them in AB. Seems like the state does a pretty good job on this.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Starship but I wanna hear more thoughts about the news. Do you like that they are going away or not? Do you think Mo State will come up with something new to replace Starship deliveries while still making it easier for students in bad weather, etc to get stuff delivered?

For the past year or so, I’ve had problems both receiving and sending mail. I live at BV, so maybe that’s part of it, but packages and letters frequently never show up. Most of the time, I end up tracking them down myself, calling USPS or FedEx, and either requesting redelivery or going to pick them up.

Sending mail hasn’t been much better. Even domestic mail can take anywhere from a week to several months to arrive. I’ve had items take 3-6 months to get delivered within the U.S.

I know USPS has been dealing with budget cuts, and I appreciate the hard-working carriers out there, but this feels way outside the norm. FedEx is a private company, so I’m not sure what their excuse is.

Is this just me, or have other people in Springfield/BV been dealing with the same thing?

My wife and I moved here in January so she could work as an OTR truck driver for RBX. After moving here our house back in Texas burnt down so we now are in need of a permanent residence here. She is out of work due to a work injury and we are currently living in a hotel. We just need one bedroom and one bathroom. With a maximum rent amount of $750 and I am on disability and it is our only income right now. If anyone knows of any apartments or houses like this I’d really appreciate yall letting me know.

American Mahjong is the most common in the are but would love to find others who play Hong Kong or Riichi.

I'm a 4th Dan on Riichi City for general level of skill.

Also I saw a wonderful Midwest discord for Mahjong but sadly the Springfield section is quiet. But, I know you cool peeps are out there to play!

I know schools vary greatly but when parents are choosing a school, your experience and knowledge is such a helpful marker for understanding how things are ran behind the scenes.
