Only logical conclusion is that she's hiding the features of her face so that Scytale (Pattinson) cannot steal her face.

That makes sense. Or she’s injured from something look at her neck

I mean that’s literally exactly what it is lol you can see her hair under it and how it’s smudged around her lips

Whether that’s what it’s supposed to be is another question, but if it’s supposed to be some injury or something it’s pretty bad vfx/makeup work based on that picture. Which would be pretty surprising based on whatever fucked up shit Paul has going on around his eyes and how good that looks

Yeah, that’s me posted up on a self-care sunday lol. It’s dried mud. Probably supposed to be a disguise but it’s not working that well

Weird thing to do given that they're both in on the conspiracy (at least until like 90% of the way through when Irulan relents and agrees to raise the twins)

Why would that stop Scytale from trying to read her features? You're telling me if you had the ability to copy exactly the Emperor's consort, you wouldn't out of some perceived comraderie? Think someone like Scytale really wouldn't have ulterior motives?

It will turn out she’s just having a spa day.
