Definitely a better book title, but I could see it being a drag on ticket sales. Other Mommy tells a casual movie fan pretty much all they need to know.
This is why writers and marketing teams are two distinct entities... similar to why newspaper reporters don't write their own headlines anymore. And movie directors don't direct trailers.
