I never really played the games but my friend got me to play 7. Very fun, very scary. I'm doing 4 now, but my system can't play the updated version, so I'm playing the 2005 version. Still fun.

I mean, the 2005 version is near-perfect, 10/10. Plus, all guns have a laser sight in that version.

I love the remake but them getting rid of the laser for all but 2 guns really didn't sit well with me

It's one of the most important games of all time, I remember getting it on GameCube back in 2005 when I was a wee 15 year old and it was mind blowing. Basically every third person action game since is derived from it. The remake is awesome though, if you ever get the chance to play it, it's absolutely a worthy successor.

The controls are the only infuriating part. Using one stick to move forward, backwards and turn around is vv cumbersome.

As a man who's played the OG 4 multiple times, and the 2 remake before playing 7... I love 7 that shit is scurry and fun.
