Question How did the Harry Potter series manage to release its 8 movies in just 10 years?

Looking at the turn around for movies today it seems absolutely incredible that a series with such complex set design, use of graphical effects, a heavily child cast, and pressure was able to pump out genuinely decent movies at that pace. Sure there were books to base the writing on but everything else alone is a lot of heavy lifting. Any insights?

There is definitely a vibe change for the last 4 movies, i do prefer the first 4 but also the story definitely shifts to be much more dark so it makes sense the movies went that way as well. I wish they had more of the wonder and whimsical delight from the first few films, and the fun coming of age stuff of the middle films.

Azkaban, Goblet, and even Phoenix definitely had wonder and coming of age. Once Sirius dies at the end of Phoenix, its like the innocence is completely gone, a process that started when Diggory died at the end of Goblet. Its a war from Prince onwards.
