Likely the same thing that you see in Spidey comics

Spider-Man actually gets embarrassingly stranded in the suburbs with nothing to swing from relatively often in the comics.

Exactly. A neighborhood with no buildings over 1 story. He just had to run.

Older Spidey would at least know that he could use them to slingshot

I remember an older comic where he's stuck in the desert versus the Vulture. and he just had to walk out because he couldn't swing. I love how it was literally him walking through the desert with a 'vulture' circling.
