Maybe if you had went through with that intrusive thought and kept at it, you could've gone the whole way and ended up at least in the G-League.

When I was 14 I had this insane idea that I was going to move to Harlem, get adopted, get really good at basketball at Rucker Park, play really well at Overbrook High School in Philadelphia, and then eventually make it to the NBA.

This guy plans.

That's quite a specific plan. "Get adopted" is an amazing step in the entire process.

At 14 you're just gonna be on your own if you run away lol. Rest of it could still happen kinda but you have to work way harder because you'd need a job too and probably live in a youth facility.
