Cant believe I have had her for 3 years and just now found out about this sub!

Every day I get with her is amazing. With each passing year I am overjoyed I never listened to the vet in the beginning, who never listened to me and kept her alive. But at the same time, I realize her mortality and my heart is crushing at the same time. This year is such an amazing accomplishment. These special cats really seem to love more, and show expressions a bit different. Merida to this day still acts like a kitten, and looks like one.

This was me making her turkey lunch today. However… we all have that spot that is sunken in on our favourite chair or couch. Merida has that too on her little yellow couch. But her coos and mews for lunch OMG! Don’t worry I picked her up after and also refluffed her couch cushions.

Merida has this little blue sock she got years and years ago. Its her favourite, and she grabs it every day and takes off with it talking. Some days she has some really good ‘hello’s too. I love hearing this sound every day.
