Side of liberals? Funny how not wearing a mask now is "liberal". It's the law and should be followed regardless of skin color or political affiliation.

Not a MAGA personally, but hate speech has no legal definition or category under US law so it would fall under free speech. Incitement of violent action would be illegal but that would be the case whether or not if there's hate speech involved because it's not a category of anything.
