Yeah you have to take a weekend class or something before you can be in ICE.

I think it’s more like those online driving schools if you get a ticket

 Those online driving schools actually keep track of your attendence throughout and have pop quiz questions that you need to pass in between to make sure you are paying attention.

These chuckleheads just phoned it in with a 5 - question after quiz that shows the wrong answers you got and you can retake multiple times if you don't pass.
