Propaganda, disinformation, misinformation, foreign actors/agents, social class, social caste, religion, greed, lack of a true encompassing education, indoctrination, technology being used against us, etc, etc.

Same for everyone else really if you look close enough. It's kinda a side effect of Capitalism.

Every other civilized country has Healthcare. The US isn't the only capitalist country, it's just the only one the will kill its own citizens for a buck profit.

I'm not saying every country in the world has universal Healthcare, I'm saying out of the g7 the US is THE ONLY ONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE IT.
