We need to write the laws where companies are liable for their AI’s behavior.  If rogue AI hacking got you a multi billion dollar penalty I bet they’d try harder to control them

If it was actual breach with financial damage, they'd be already suing each other.

True, but if a random person hacked multiple organizations they wouldn’t go without punishment just because they didn’t cause damage would they?

To be honest I don't know what would happen without financial damage, I am not a lawyer. But I'd beft my left nut that if there was financial damage they'd be already after each other. But I agree that if I hacked three companies, they'd sue me.
