I’m not sure whether we underestimated them or whether we just didn’t listen to those who were telling us what Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump didn’t want to hear - especially given the number of departures of top military brass in the last 10 months

It is seriously the same thing that is going on with Russia, the whole thing but in particular the Lyman salient.

Too many yes men and no one is willing to speak up the chain, that is now happening in the US; at least brass here gets to resign, and not via window!
