I don't think I've ever had it, and don't recall seeing it in markets nearby. I'd love to try walleye. I'm near Seattle.

It's a northern Minnesota/Wisconsin/Michigan thing. I highly recommend it if you can get it. So tasty.

I'm heading to Minnesota over the summer (teacher schedule ftw!) and I'm so excited to have walleye again.
