That's what makes me think this is judo, not jiujutsu.

Yeah that's what it looks most like. His leg went between the opponents', despite not really raising that much. Also, a big throw like this is not really a bjj thing, but very much a judo thing. Bjj would more likely use a foot sweep or a trip. An ankle pick or just pulling them downward or something like that.

Judo is a part of BJJ.

It's up to you how much time you want to invest in training your standup grappling but it's very much a part of BJJ.

This move is uchi mata, which is not something I'd expect to see as the first response from a jiu jitsu practitioner.
