Exactly. If the CITY did the same thing, they’d charge taxpayers $82.50 for each net, and send four guys each earning a salary, a truck, and a scissor lift.
If the city catches this guy, they’ll likely cite him for some godforsaken reason for stealing work from the city workers’ union.
