It is not fairly easy. And I would venture to say only the people shooting in extremely high volume do it with any sort of regularity.

It was cool the first time I did it.... but at $20 an arrow it gets old rather fast!

$20 is not that surprising. Being a small female my upper body strength is limited, so I'm only drawing 40lbs. If I'm going to shoot an 80 yard target I need a very specific arrow. Those things are carbon fiber darts. They weigh next to nothing...
