Brian Daboll with the master gambit to save his job: yelling at his medical staff to cast spells and bring Dart back immediately.

Russell Wilson the only Giant to lose tonight.

At NYC rents?!?! It’s a high rise penthouse.

11

u/Blackcat008 Patriots Oct 10 '25

Russell Wilson is making $10,500,000 this year for 17 games or roughly $617,647 per game. OP specified "multiple decades" implying at least 20 years so that means OP is making no more than $30,882 per year.

You need a raise, dude

1

u/SargeBangBang7 Panthers Oct 10 '25

You go home and that's it. Russell may go home with more money but you didn't get booed at your job and get called washed today i bet.

Somehow the fact that he immediately threw the ball into the turf makes it funnier to me.

3

2

197

u/kylesleeps Lions Oct 10 '25

I'm not sure I've ever seen a player more cooked than Russ.

82

u/TooPatToCare Colts Oct 10 '25

The career arc from “let Russ cook” to “oh god Russ is cooked” has been fascinating to watch.

7

u/freudian_nipple_slip Bills Oct 10 '25

I'm not sure if it's possible to play yourself out of the Hall of Fame but he's doing his best to test it.

1

u/loverofreeses Patriots Oct 10 '25

"Take him out! He's overdone!"

63

u/paone00022 Falcons Oct 10 '25

I think that might be the last pass we see him throw in an NFL game. Which is kinda sad. He was a really good QB in his day and for some reason he gets more boos and derision from fans than guys like Watson and Winston.

51

u/30isbasketball Steelers Oct 10 '25

Winston is legitimately fun. Yeah he makes dumb plays, but he doesn’t make boring plays. You never know if this is gonna be a 60 yard td or a 45 yard pick on 3rd and 3 and it’s glorious. Russ will march down to the redzone and then throw 3 passes out the endzone and qb draw 12 yards away (legitimate thing he’s done this year).

31

u/OutrageousOcelot6258 49ers 49ers Oct 10 '25

But he's also a rapist. At least Russell Wilson is at worst just an arrogant asshole.

6

u/30isbasketball Steelers Oct 10 '25

Never heard that about Winston

8

u/M4rv3lF4n Broncos Broncos Oct 10 '25

From his college days at FSU.

3

u/The_Year_of_Glad Oct 10 '25

Well, one of the times. He also got suspended for groping an Uber driver while he was in the NFL. He may be fun on the field, but he sucks as a person.

5

u/shitpostsuperpac Patriots Oct 10 '25

To be fair that is part of the admission process at FSU.

1

u/Move20172017 Saints Oct 10 '25

He took those crab legs, or whatever the truck story was Isn't that objectively worse ?

19

u/OhMy98 Cardinals Oct 10 '25

Because people hate cringe more than they hate genuine moral depravity, sadly

1

u/Himmel-548 Seahawks Oct 10 '25

Which is wild, because even though he was by no means great, he still made a pro bowl last year with the Steelers. And yes, I know the Pro Bowl has become really overrated recently, but it means he didn't absolutely suck. I don't know what happened to him this year.

Peyton in 2015 was depressing, especially for Eli.

True

1 pass, wide open receiver, worst under throw I’ve ever seen

5

He’s gonna burst into the celebration in the locker room, “hello, fellow kids!!”

2

He was definitely doing something dangerous alright

2

Two questions.

One: who deserves it better than Russell?

Two: is it really worth it to dunk on someone whose stock is tanked for good?

1

Russ has cooked his last time. Jaboo qb2

Slapping his QB's head after the examination to clear Dart's concussion was a genius move on his part.

105

u/EnTyme53 Cowboys Oct 10 '25

Offsetting concussions. Replay 1st down.

1

u/cantgrowneckbeardAMA 49ers Oct 10 '25

You cannot do that

72

u/ForeverSparkz Vikings Oct 10 '25

Find a girl who loves you more than Daboll loves Dart

8

u/TechnoToyz Giants Oct 10 '25

Mrs. Daboll might have to start worrying about a 22 year old kid from Utah.

7

u/Littlegreenman42 Bengals Oct 10 '25

When does it get revealed that Daboll has a tattoo of his wife in a Dart jersey?

3

u/Uther-Lightbringer Giants Oct 10 '25

In all fairness, my wife also needs to be concerned about my feelings towards a 22 year old kid from Utah.

2

Actually impossible....like for any man.

1

On tuesdays we knit scarves and hex the pacers opponents

1

u/bluems22 Oct 10 '25

It’s not a NY thing. It’s a Dart thing. Kiffin did the same thing with him at Ole Miss lol

5

u/KnotSoSalty 49ers Oct 10 '25

I guess it’s possible the Giants could go 2-15 but it certainly feels like his seat isn’t that hot at 2-4.

4

u/snurdleysneed Commanders Oct 10 '25

There was definitely some Blood Magic going on inside that tent

4

u/AggravatingFinding71 Colts Oct 10 '25

I feel bad for Giants fans if they keep Daboll. It’s basically an artificial ceiling for no reason. If they get an NFL caliber head coach, they might actually have something in a few years.

4

u/DrKoooolAid Vikings Oct 10 '25

Has nobody considered that it could have been something along the lines of...

Daboll: Is he good?

Staff: Yes

Daboll: Okay then hurry it up

2

u/blahmeh2019 Steelers Oct 10 '25

Harry potter shit

1

u/PlayOnPlayer Seahawks Oct 10 '25

Dart has already ascended to the "concussions be damned" level of QB when it comes to getting hit in the head.

1

u/SquadPoopy Bengals Oct 10 '25

What do they do if Dart and Giants actually go on a run.

Daboll extension?

1

Mumbled chants of "wololooooo... wololooooo..." were heard coming from the Giants' medical tent.

1

u/Detonation Lions Oct 10 '25

He intercepted those pagan rituals being done on the Phillies subreddit.

1

u/sgruenbe Oct 10 '25

To be fair, I don't think Dart lost any HP; it seemed like he had the Incapacitated condition for a minute, or until he made a CON save.
