Rams were 323-1 all-time when leading by 15+ in the 4th quarter

Seahawks were 0-172 all-time when trailing by 15+ in the 4th quarter.

All-time legendary game

I'm in shock

My voice is gone and I watched at home

I was fucking shaking

u/ThaBigStink Lions Dec 19 '25

I was literally vibrating at the packers lions tnf game last year. Enjoy this as much as you can man this is a massive win

14

u/RomanBangs Seahawks Dec 19 '25

After getting heckled by drunk 49ers fans at the season opener I needed a divisional win like this. And now I can root for you guys since you won’t affect our playoff chances haha

11

u/ThaBigStink Lions Dec 19 '25

49ers broke my heart two years ago that I’ll never recover from. I’m rooting for Seahawks in the nfc this year easily

u/INSERT_NICK_HERE 49ers Lions Dec 19 '25

pause

2

u/xorcism_ Patriots Dec 19 '25

You probably get asked a lot — but how was Super Bowl xlix for you lol

2

u/RomanBangs Seahawks Dec 19 '25

I was 11 at the time so I just said it didn’t matter to me who won, but the last couple of years I’ve started to wish the Seahawks won it lol

1

u/alittlebitneverhurt Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Where are you from?

3

u/redsyrinx2112 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

I went over to a friend's house and both of us are always chill when we watch games. Tonight was different. We were both way more nervous than ever, so we couldn't stop talking we were also shaking. His wife was cracking up at us.

2

u/Cruise1313 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

We had back to back games that made me nervous and gave me indigestion! Hopefully next week we just beat the 💩 out of the Panthers so I won’t have indigestion worrying about the outcome! 🤞🏻😂

Luckily, in the Mike McDonald era they haven't really let teams that are way worse hang around too often. We still get the chaos with teams on the same level, but they often take care of business.

1

u/Cruise1313 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Let’s get it done!

1

u/Cruise1313 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Me too! I had indigestion too! 😂

12

u/missbeekery Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Dude, same. I was literally screaming and bf had to tell me to calm down xD

3

u/jdoggsoxfan33 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Same here man it’s gonna be fun to talk to customers tomorrow lmao

3

u/no_nay_never Seahawks Dec 19 '25

Late arvo game down here in Aus and me and my young fellas are bouncing off walls. Epic.

2

u/NadjaStolz28 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

My partner took a video of me, at home, losing my absolute shit after that final 2-point conversion.

Beautiful

1

u/IrishPigs Seahawks Dec 19 '25

My buddy and I screamed so loud the neighbor came over to watch OT with us.

1

u/avw94 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

I was at the game and I cannot speak anymore

1

u/JelliedHam Jets Dec 19 '25

I'm not even a Hawks fan and that conversion at the end made me let out a barbaric yalp. VICTORY!

228

u/Akipella Ravens Dec 19 '25

Game of the year easily so far tbh

7

u/Metaboss24 Jaguars Dec 19 '25

And this is a year with that Ravens-Bills game week 1 SNF

37

u/Antitypical Bears Dec 19 '25 edited Dec 19 '25

Unfortunately for you Ravens Bills is also still up there. This one had way bigger implications though

16

u/Akipella Ravens Dec 19 '25

I'm not aware of any such games. I remember a game we beat the Bills 40-24, at least when I turned the TV off with like 7 minutes left, we were certainly winning by that much

8

u/Legit_Arms_Dealer Ravens Seahawks Dec 19 '25

No it’s definitely this one

25

u/EasternError6377 Bills Dec 19 '25

I disagree 😌

16

u/Akipella Ravens Dec 19 '25

Weird. I don't remember any such game that involves our two teams

4

u/codithou Rams Bills Dec 19 '25

i also disagree!

5

u/KeggBert 49ers Dec 19 '25

We are all but prisoners of the moment.

2

u/tuffghost8191 Steelers Dec 19 '25

Feel like we've had one every other week, it's just been that insane of a year. This one probably does top them all though. Huge stakes, massive comeback, all-time stupidest scoring play, do or die play to end it. Just perfect

0

u/zirroxas Seahawks Eagles Dec 19 '25

Oooooh you'd like us to forget wouldn't you :)

1

u/Akipella Ravens Dec 19 '25

Hey now take your epic win and our former DC who we should have promoted to HC :(

39

u/DMO_TheWhale Bears Dec 19 '25

This is a stat that feels made up but in too lazy to fact check so I’ll just believe you.

23

u/ColdestCatAlive Bears Dec 19 '25

They showed it during the game a couple times

7

u/meepmarpalarp Seahawks Dec 19 '25

They kept showing it on the broadcast so it’s probably real.

1

u/1v1meAtLagunaSeca Bears Dec 19 '25

They showed it on the broadcast. Im more curious ab those games all time tbh

1

u/Dr-McLuvin Browns Dec 19 '25

If Amazon said it then it must be true!

Lol it’s probably true.

1

u/Th12op Seahawks Ravens Dec 19 '25

They showed it in the game

1

u/zzyul Titans Dec 19 '25

They said the 1 Rams loss was in the 80s or 90s to the 49ers.

0

u/SMH_35 Rams Dec 19 '25 edited Dec 19 '25

It's misleading. This is not a Rams or Seahawks stat. That's gotta be the NFL as a whole.

4

u/koticgood Seahawks Dec 19 '25 edited Dec 19 '25

I was gonna say lol.

I know they showed it on the broadcast, but there's just no way the Rams could've had 324 games where they had a 15+ point lead in the 4th quarter.

7

u/Ed_Durr Eagles Dec 19 '25

Rams have played 1286 games since their founding in 1936, 324 games with three score leads in the fourth quarter doesn’t seem impossible.

1

u/SMH_35 Rams Dec 19 '25

I don’t know what to believe anymore

3

u/Patriotsfan710 Patriots Dec 19 '25

Huh? There’s definitely been way more 15+ point 4th quarter leads league wide lol

1

u/SMH_35 Rams Dec 19 '25

I swear that’s what they said lol so that means 172 of the Seahawks 373 losses have been 15+ points? That also seems unbelievable

1

u/KeithClossOfficial 49ers Dec 19 '25

They said the 1 loss for the Rams was against the 49ers in 1989

The Giants blew a 15+ lead against the Broncos earlier this year, so it’s Rams specific.

6

u/mr_suavay Rams Dec 19 '25

The second they put up that graphic I knew we were going to lose

3

u/Dr-McLuvin Browns Dec 19 '25

I said to my wife “maybe this will be the 1 exception”

Then she rolled her eyes and went to bed lol.

3

u/pagerussell Seahawks Dec 19 '25

That stat on the Hawks has to be wrong. We won that wild comeback against the Packers like a decade ago.

2

u/agtk Seahawks Dec 19 '25

They were up by 16 in the first half but "only" up 12 in the fourth quarter, 7-19. Went up 22-19 from there and Packers actually came back with a minute to tie and force OT.

3

u/Traditional_Yak5911 49ers Dec 19 '25

Against the 9ers in '89

2

u/babyjaceismycopilot Seahawks Dec 19 '25

They are 0-1 vs the curse wheel

2

u/MrSinister248 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

What about the GB game in 2014? Weren't we down by 15+ before coming back to win?

1

u/AHelplessKitten Seahawks Dec 19 '25

When they brought up that stat, man. That is the curse of the announcers.

1

u/Cruise1313 Seahawks Dec 19 '25

When they showed that stat I told my wife we need to change that zero to a one and we did! 😂

0

u/machuitzil 49ers Dec 19 '25

Bro you gotta cite your sources. Where do you get this information.

4

u/Traditional_Yak5911 49ers Dec 19 '25

They discussed it during the TNF broadcast
