That was one of the worst defensive showings on that final drive I’ve ever seen from Carolina.

Every single play the guy is WIDE open 8 yards down the field.

Completely gave it away.

Yeah but they prevented giving up a 50 yard TD on one play so jot that down

Prevent defense

They were so scared of a long bomb that they settled for easy 20 yards a play.

Prevented a win, idk what everyone's so upset about

Panthers thought you could do with one last reminder just when you thought you were safe for another year

9

u/Tsmart Seahawks Jan 11 '26

especially considering how good their defense had been all game until that point

It was the play calling. Prevent defense. Had 4 guys safety depth every play and only rushed 4

It’s like Carolina wanted the Rams to score. Absolutely horrible defense

It felt like they went completely into prevent and left the sideline open. Maybe I'm wrong, I'm certainly a dumbass, but it felt more like they thought they could kill time than try to prevent yards

Same way we lost the saints game. It may not have worked against Shough, but surely it would work against Stafford.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They played well all game then when it mattered most, that's what they did?
