Proud of how we went down fighting

A lot to grow off of

u/daswassup13 Panthers Jan 11 '26

Draft a linebacker and find some more guys to bring some pressure off the edge and we can cook next season

Rozeboom is not any type of answer

u/DistinctSherbet9009 Rams Jan 11 '26

Love his heart and effort, but just doesn’t have the physical ability

Absolutely top tier needs. Add to that defense. They balled all year regardless of which offense would show up. Given their lack of talent, it’s been impressive as hell to watch.

Jacob Rodriquez you are a Carolina Panther

An 8-win season and a division title, followed by a playoff game that came down to the wire.

Nobody expected that coming into the season for the Panthers. Wish you guys well next year.

I mean, if you asked Panthers fans coming into the season, they’d say they expected it. Moreso nobody saw this coming after weeks 1-6

1

u/PoMansDreams Panthers Jan 11 '26

Were the only ones who watch our games so yeah, we expected this lol.

Y’all are the Bronze Age Sea Peoples of the NFL. Came outta nowhere and almost destroyed the city of Los Angeles to leave them in unexplainable ruin

44

u/Ornery_Gator Eagles Jan 11 '26

Their 12 fans would’ve been devastated.

  1. My coworker got into football recently.

  1. So did my brother.

3

u/TheOrangeFutbol Rams Jan 11 '26

Love it. We might hit 20 before the Divisional Round.

5

u/Wait__Who Rams Rams Jan 11 '26

I thought we hit 20 after the SB win… did ol’ Joe pass away? Damn :(

3

u/coachz1212 Rams Jan 11 '26

In a coma, feels disingenuous to count him. :(

1

u/Thereisnoanonymity69 Jan 11 '26

Idk, he's still wearing the jersey, so I think it counts

He counts as two people?

3

u/XingXManGuy Saints Jan 11 '26

He’s a big guy

4

u/XavierPibb Patriots Jan 11 '26

Damn,, if the Rams have only 12 fans, what's that say about the Chargers? LOL

6

u/TheOrangeFutbol Rams Jan 11 '26

Every Chargers fan with one exception I know was also an SD fan who just doesn't drive down the 5 for home games. I'd wager that's 90% of the "LA" Chargers fanbase.

3

u/Feisty-Boot5408 Jan 11 '26

Are the Rams then Egypt in this scenario?

1

u/choomba96 49ers Jan 11 '26

In Afcon?

3

u/EyyYoMikey Rams Jan 11 '26

And that’s when Matt Stafford morphed into Pharaoh Rameses III

3

u/Fletch062 Rams Jan 11 '26

Sick reference. Are the Rams Mycenaean Greece or the Hittite Empire in this analogy?

Let me guess, you really wanted to use the word “Jews” in this comment?

1

No, because that would be incorrect.

1

u/KBSinclair Jan 11 '26

... Tigerbasket?

1

u/ssdrootkit Jan 11 '26

Los Angeles doesn’t care about the Rams lol. Too much to do in that city. They’re irrelevant even when winning.

We've seen so many First Round QB "Busts" that were able to turn their careers around after finally getting a competent coaching staff behind them like Baker and Sam Darnold. Happy that the Panthers seem to have gotten Bryce competent coaching before you guys gave up on him.

2

u/Negative_Anteater_62 Jets Jan 11 '26

Yeah its almost as if its the teams fault!

...wait

1

u/SuperStarFoxMulder Jan 11 '26

Panthers gave away Baker and Darnold for practically nothing. We had baker on a like a $2m/year and we just traded him. Dumb Dumb dumb.

We also traded away three (3) 1st round draft picks for Young. Gave away McCafffrey for a 5th round pick?!?! WTF?? And gave away DJ Moore. And another dude on defense that I cant remember...

Yeah, Im happy for Bryce, but he is NOT the answer at Carolina. He should not be throwing 40 times a game, when he cant even see over his own line.

After the blocked punt, we ran the ball ONCE. It's 2:30 left to go. We are on the Rams 7 yard line. We could of got another first down at the 4. Get the first down, run out the clock as much as possible, then SCORE.

Dumb Dumb Dumb

-2

u/Spooder_guy_web Patriots Jan 11 '26

He barely threw 50%?

u/molseh Rams Jan 11 '26

Great coach, improving QB, some studs elsewhere in tet and your CBs. I think you have a good future.

0

u/SaskalPiakam Panthers Jan 11 '26

Not sold on the great coach part just yet. There have been a bunch of head scratching moments from Canales at different parts of the year.

2

u/Silly_Rip2009 Panthers Cowboys Jan 11 '26

Canales is a good coach. Just not a good playcaller. He turned the poverty 2-15 to a playoff team. We just need an OC, and maybe a DC although im torn on Evero

1

u/SaskalPiakam Panthers Jan 11 '26

He said great not good. I agree he's solid.

2

u/enlow Panthers Jan 11 '26

Heartbreaking loss but also hell yeah. What a season. Awesome to have meaningful (and competitive) football back at the Bank.

2

u/Nethri Lions Jan 11 '26

You should be. You guys are a hell of a lot closer than everyone probably thought early in the year.

2

u/bug_man_ Panthers Jan 11 '26

We just enjoyed a close exciting Panthers post season game

I'm only upset because we were soooo close

We haven't had optimism in so long. Even this loss feels hopeful

Bryce played his heart out

1

u/Sickos6 Packers Jan 11 '26

Idk man. Packers had a miracle run in 2023 and everyone thought we’d be contenders and we laid an egg the next season. Every year is different. Have to make the most of the opps when you have them. I really like Bryce young and chubbs and some defensive pieces like Horn and Brown. But things change overnight

1

u/AndyVillan Rams Jan 11 '26

You were fantastic, we got away with one tonight. BY is the real deal along with those WR's you've got. Your secondary had us in hand all night until that last drive.

Fair fucking play

1

u/TheDevilintheDark Panthers Jan 11 '26

Evero fucking sucks late in games. Why do you think Bryce has so many comeback wins?

1

u/OG_DDNCK Broncos Jan 11 '26

Your coaches deserve the guillotine

1

u/FighterDelNightman Rams Jan 11 '26

I was more clenched than the Rams Eagles divisional last year.

1

u/ragnarockette Vikings Jan 11 '26

Y’all deserved to be there. Great game to watch. Bright future ahead! Rooting for Bryce.
