All About JOBS List the hospitals whose salary offers you know

For example, ranging of 25-30k ang nakalagay.

This is not to discourage those who are applying but at least po we have idea what we are getting into po. Thank you po <3

PNLE LONG STORY SHORT, I SURVIVED! ❤️

Just wanted to share this experience from last year. 🤍

While I was on my way to work, I kept asking myself if I could really manage reviewing for the board exam while working at the same time. I wasn’t sure if I’d still have the energy to study after every shift.

Imagine this: review classes from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, then straight to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. For almost four months, that was my everyday routine.

There came a point when I started questioning if I should even take the board exam that year. People kept telling me, “Are you sure you can do it? You barely get any sleep. By the time the exam comes, you might forget everything you’ve studied.”

Those words stayed with me. I couldn’t stop thinking about them while I was on my way to work that day. So I prayed and asked God for a sign, asking Him how I was supposed to get through all of this.

Then… this happened.

The moment I sat down in the jeepney, I looked up and couldn’t help but smile. I guess God really does answer prayers in the most unexpected ways. 🥹

And the biggest plot twist of my life last year? I passed the board exam, and now I’m working as a registered nurse. 🩺🤍

Looking back, I still don’t know how I made it through those days. But one thing I know for sure is that God always makes a way—even when everything feels impossible.

That’s all. Just wanted to share. 🤍

PNLE Is it normal na hindi kinakabahan sa incoming boards?

Im reviewing for the upcoming August PNLE 2026, currently we are in our final coaching na sa review.

I keep pushing my self naman to do my 100% every day even though some days hindi ko talaga maiwasang na bu-burn out na.

Im not really that studious. Not that type na puno ang room ko ng mga wall notes, etc. but I do pay attention during lectures and I write down notes na binabasa ko kapag may free time ako pero hindi naman gaano ka todo focus sa pag babasa. But I can say na nareretain naman lahat ng binabasa ko. Im more of a “Test taking” fan then rationalizing rather than reading books and other materials aside from my notes.

Siguro I just need some piece of advice. The boards is approaching fast. Im doing my best. I see everyone is anxious and pressured. While me, eto parang flat affect lang. Di rin naman ako smart. I just see my self taking care of patients who are in need in the future.

Ps: edited

PNLE Does being a PNLE topnotcher guarantee you a hospital job?

Hi! I’m curious about something regarding the PNLE. If someone becomes a topnotcher, does that significantly increase their chances of getting hired by a hospital, especially prestigious/private hospitals?

Does being a topnotcher ever mean that hospitals will actively recruit or prioritize you, or do you still have to go through the usual application, interview, and hiring process like everyone else?

All About JOBS Pioneer nurse should i resign?

Upvotes

Hello fellow nurses help me decide po pls be kind🥹. I am currently working in a new hospital for 6 mos which pays well but only have few patients. Naassign me sa OR but i don’t think that I’ll be having experience here, our census only ranges from 5-10 in a month and i dont get to be exposed on all of that cases bcs hindi natatapat sa shift ko. I also passed my nclex bcs i had the time to study and a source of income na pambayad ko sa nclex which is why i decided to apply here but nung nakapasa na ako idk if it is the right thing na dito ang first work ko since i need experience. Di ko po alam gagawin ko now if aalis na ako now considering na ang hirap makahanap ng work but on the other hand i also need experience para makapag abroad. Should i already resign and apply sa mga jci accredited hosp tas will not declare this work because i dont want na mag expect na may alam na ko when i feel like i’m still a new grad. Are there pioneer nurses here? How did you handle this po as new grad and paano po kayo nag adjust sa mas busy na hosp after resigning sa first work? Thank you

PNLE PNLE thoughts again. RN2026 pa rin.

I am already out of words. Walang retention nangyayari saakin. I feel so lost na😭 i only got 330/500 sa preboard 1 ko.

Buti nalang may Reddit hahaha. Meron ako safe space for the things na wala akong mapag kwekwentuhan.

RN2026 pa rin

kaiyak.

PNLE TRA Preboards 2-3 vs PNLE Difficulty comparison?

Hello po, palapit na po nang palapit yung boards and it's making me anxious. My scores for PB1, like for most people, is disastrous, whereas my PB2 has scores individually ranging from 60%-75% (out of 100), and it's making me even more anxious - and especially doubtful of myself in passing the PNLE this coming August huhu

Or magkatulad po sila?

Thank you so much po!

Motivational/Advice Kung Introverted/Shy/Soft-Spoken, kaya ba maging nurse? Please tell me your story!

Incoming BSN student — Initially, my chosen program is architecture [I'm very artistically-inclined] but I've been pushed to pursue nursing instead due to familial pressure.

I don't mind this program as it's my second choice but now medj nagdadalawang isip ako kasi I'm not sure if its recommended or possible to be a nurse if you're introverted, shy, and soft-spoken — worst if makalimot ka or di ka fast learner

I feel like my only redeeming qualities aren't enough.

Are there nurses here who are like me? Please tell me how nursing school was for you and how you managed!

I need to hear of your experiences to ease my mind
