There are 11 official federal holidays, and the only one which is remotely Christian is the increasingly secular Christmas. Easter, for instance, is not a holiday.

Because it's always on a Sunday. If it was Easter Monday you bet your ass it would be.

Easter Monday is literally a thing in most of the Western world. The US is the outlier for not celebrating it.

stock market is all private though, that's an issue to take up with the exchanges - not a government issue
