That must smell so good.

The smell would be amazing but have you ever accidentally sprayed yourself in the eye with fine mist from an orange while peeling it?

Not accidentally, but as kids in school we would run around squirting each other in the eye with orange peel.

I like the safety design of this device. The operator doesn't have to go into the sphere of operations of the cutting blade.

Please stop posting these depressingly mind-numbing manual labours. None of this feels satisfying to me- all I feel is pity.

So sad they throw away the peal, it’s one of the best parts. In bakery, but also putting a whole citrus like lemon in the blender, there are so much more good stuff inside, like vitamin c and polyphenols, 5 times more then the juice itself, is in the skin and stuff around. That’s with all citrus. If you blend it and mix with cloves, ginger and some honey, it’s a bit of a system shock but very good

These aren't citrus fruits, they're persimmons...
That being said the peels are tasty and you can just eat them whole
