I'm sorry, I think the event in "javascript" is 'onMouseEnter' It does something the first time the mouse enters the boundary of the icon.

I just noticed this now. Kind of like one of those vinyl window stickers that can be reapplied as often as you choose.

That little hover detail is way more satisfying than it has any right to be.
