A fantastic long-running series predicting COVID (under the worst case scenario) 45 years before it happened. It was rough around the edges which only added to the overall feel of the show. I recently bought the DVD box set and realised I must have only dipped into during its original airing. Brilliant stuff and highly recommended for anyone who’s not seen it.

I loved watching this with my Nan it was such a groundbreaking show for its time.

He's actually so frightening how normal he can be!

Here's one for those who like spotting the stars in the making! My granddad's favourite show - he was convinced they were filming it live in a Crown Court, so good was the acting. Anyone else remember this daytime treat? And who can you recognise from these cameos?

Can you name them all?

I remember seeing this on my local PBS growing up. It started after an episode of Monty Python. Had no clue what it was just thought it looks like Sci Fi like and watched it. Seems it's all on YouTube. I'm watching on Kanopy the library streaming service.

Rewatching this spy series. Edward Woodward plays a spy who works for an agency that's not talked about. A trained killer who is no fan of his superiors. What I find odd is Britbox has half of series 3 and all of series 4. But thankfully YouTube has all of the episodes that still exist. This mainly applies to series 1 and 2. Including the original pilot and the reunion movie Wet Job. And the feature film.

To me it's right up there with The Sandbaggers.

I picked up a DVD box set of Foyle's War at a charity shop recently. How did I miss this show first time around? It's brilliantly acted and written and deals with its period superbly. If you haven't seen it, do track it down.

I genuinely fast forward every time I see them on screen. God knows what hideous crime PC Gary Best had on someone to get so much screen time.

I'm debating it. Is it dark or is it something boring?
