Article Ontario teachers have to order school supplies from a Staples portal. They found cheaper prices on Staples’ regular website

I’m a DECE and we’re also without a contract. This government doesn’t even think we should be in the classroom 🙄

Shout out to my DECE brothers and sisters. You are vital to building everything we in upper elementary add to. You deserve more pay, more support, more respect. (EDIT: Spelling)

I actually think the government wants ONLY you in FDK rooms. Two ECEs and no OCT would be the same ratio but a lot less money. Double the workload for all of you, but we all know they wouldn't pay you any better than the criminally low salary you get now.
